Before we can change behavior, we must feel safe. My approach to ADHD family support begins with a deep, non-judgmental respect for your unique family journey. By providing a 'person-centered' space, I ensure that both you and your child are seen as individuals with inherent worth—not just a set of symptoms to be managed. This focus is essential in Child-Parent Relationship Training, creating the emotional security needed for real growth to begin, especially in the context of neurodivergent parenting.
